Please help me, I'm having this issue where there are calls, but I can't see them on active calls, as it doesn't show real-time data of active calls .

Please assist me if I'm missing something
 
It's showing active calls for the tenant you are currently signed in to. You can click on the Show Global button to see all.

Check the logs for any errors

 
'Websocket Disconnected'

I'm getting this error when I run inspect.
not sure how to work around this
 
Then you are not running FS PBX, and you are probably running FusionPBX. This thread is for FS PBX users
