Call Center Queues don't record

Hi. I'm testing FusionPbx. At first look, it works normally, but I've noticed that it doesn't record inbound calls that processed with a queue. So what can I check at first?
 
In the queue configuration itself there is an option to record, do you have this set?
 
If it is enabled in the callcenter config, then the first thing to do is look at the logs and see if there is anything you can see in there.
