Call forwarding not working through extension

Hello,
Actually I am using fusionPBX Version 4.5.3
I want to forward the call from extension to hard phone.But extension forward is not working And I also tried to follow me feature but this is also not working.
without using softphone and ring group i want to land the call on my hard phone is there any solution to solved this issue.
Please help me....

Why don't you upgrade to the latest version, that's quite an old and likely buggy release

Can you post your dialplan? its hard to say why its not working without looking at it
