Call Recording Access

I need to find a way to allow a Compliance person to access the CDR, and to listen to recorded calls on all extensions except for company owners and executives.

I know access can be modified through Group Permissions and then I can just assign the specific extensions the person needs access to.

My problem is, when I do it this way, the Operator Panel no longer allows for eavesdrop to be used as the Compliance user has multiple extensions assigned to them, so the Operator Panel no longer knows which extension to ring back to for the Compliance user.

Wondering if anyone has come across this before and determined a way to handle this situation?

A user can be assigned to multiple permission groups so create a new permission group with the desired additional permissions.
We have a "CallRecordings" group. No other permissions checked except what is shown below, then the 2-3 people that need access are members of "users" and "CallRecordings" to have all of the needed permissions.
