DTMF Issue

hello,

I was wondering if anyone has come across DTMF issues with fusionpbx.
The problem I have is my IVRs work on some networks i.e. EE, O2, Vodafone, BT.
But in other networks such as three every time a number is pressed it is not recognised.

Are you talking calls to or from your PBX??

Sorry, it's calls to my PBX from three.
The callers options are not being recognised. But if the caller is on one of the other networks it works.

Then as long as the carrier is the same, I would contact them. It should not work with one but not the other. Carrier could have a dodgy route in.
