Extension Condition Call Forward does not work

Dear,

Regarding a FusionPBX 4.5 Installation.

The Extension Condition Call Forward does not work if the calls arrives from a RingGroup. If call arrives directly on the extension itself, it works properly, it reaches the final destination.
What can i be missing? Is it a bug?

1-This is the RingGroup Strategy setup. There is only one extension, but the same behavior happens with multiple extensions.

This is expected behavior. It is common for a ring group to not follow a member’s forwarding or follow me settings since usually there are other members available to take the call.

in Ring Groups there are options called “ Call Forward” and “Follow Me” with true/false setting. The default is “false” and exhibits the behavior you see.

Set Call Forward to true and calls will follow your extension call forwarding settings.

Yes, it is possible to forward to an alternate destination.
