Fax Client Invalid Caller ID

Hi Guys
im testing setting up the fax service
I have inbound/outbound through email working using mailgun
but when i try and send through the fax page, it doesn't work

looking in the logs i get the error 2026-02-06 01:26:58] production.ALERT: Invalid Caller ID is set up for fax server 50000: XXXXXXXX

ive looked around where i can try and fix the caller id, but haven't had any luck
any suggestions?

Version: 1.4.1
OS: Debian 13
Hosted: Digital ocean
 
This error message seems to actually belong to the email-to-fax code. The caller ID is set in the Fax Server settings. Is your caller ID selected, and is it a US-based number?

Yes its working. Thanks for that :)

side note, where do you edit the email templates? seems to be a mix of the original fusion pbx and the fs pbx

When trying to view the sent logs occasionally i get a 500 server timeout error
in the logs its throwing errors around the number not matching the provided country

Fixed has been pushed. Please update and let me know if you experience any further issues. It had to do with the Australian numbers, as I suspected.
