Forwarded CID not being sent out at all

When a call is set to forward through the "Call Forward" module, it does not send any CID to the trunk. When looking at the logs, it shows "[outbound_caller_id_number]=[UNDEF]". When I look at the CDR, it shows the correct numbers in the "Caller Destination" and "Destination" fields, but, "Caller Number" just shows "+1" (Which the gateway adds). I am not sure when this broke or even if it was ever working. I have tried changing "call_forward_all" to redirect and reflect and yet nothing gets sent back to the trunk when I do. .

PLEASE DELETE THIS IT IS ESSENTIALLY A COPY OF THE REDIRECT DEFLECT ISSUE.
