We are using a Grandstream UCM6304A.
Inbound calls are working correctly, but outbound calls are not being processed by the Grandstream gateway.
Our call flow is as follows:
Inbound:
Provider → Grandstream → Kamailio
Outbound:
Kamailio → Grandstream → Provider
When an outbound call is initiated, it reaches the Grandstream gateway but is never forwarded to the provider. The second leg of the call is not being initiated by the Grandstream.
We have already tried modifying the inbound and outbound routing rules, trunk settings, and dial patterns, but the issue still persists.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue with the UCM6304A? Any suggestions on what else we should check or how to troubleshoot this would be greatly appreciated.
