good morning

I need your support and installed fusionpbx 4.2 in debian jessie, configured a gateway with asterisk for outgoing calls and works well for local, national and cellular calls, but I can not communicate between extensions nor with incoming calls the error is as follows:

2017-02-21 08:24:29.398877 [WARNING] mod_dptools.c:4157 Can't find user [3401@default]
2017-02-21 08:24:29.398877 [NOTICE] switch_ivr_originate.c:2841 Cannot create outgoing channel of type [user] cause: [SUBSCRIBER_ABSENT]
2017-02-21 08:24:29.398877 [DEBUG] switch_ivr_originate.c:3829 Originate Resulted in Error Cause: 20 [SUBSCRIBER_ABSENT]
2017-02-21 08:24:29.398877 [INFO] mod_dptools.c:3409 Originate Failed. Cause: SUBSCRIBER_ABSENT

Then the call goes to the voice mailbox
In an opportuneness, I worked without a problem that might be failing?

You gave some info but in the future, provide as much as you can like phone model/firmware, residential or professional networking stuff. You get the picture.

Well, you have run into what most likely is a NAT issue. I will forgo the explanation of what that is, but say that its basically a situation where the fusionpbx server is unable to communicate both ways, or consistantly both ways with the endpoint. In this case 3401. You will probably have good luck by re-registering your endpoint (phone) using TCP instead of UDP. That's simple, but if that doesn't solve it, include a lot more information about your networking setup, phones etc.

Is a business network, effectively the server (fusionpbx) and the phones are not in the same network segment, they are doing initial tests with a softphone (Zoiper) and a grandstream gxv3140 hardphone, then add the output of the command
freeswitch@gladiator04> sofia status profile internal reg

Apparently the two extensions are accessible but I can not call them from one to another but can help me determine what the problem will be and if you need more information please request it as I am new to the world of freeswitch and fusionpbx

Why 3401@default?? That context is wrong, the extension should have the context of the domain name its in.

But they are in the context 192.168.230.3 as seen in the image, then the correct question is because it looks for the extension in that context

Is this a fresh install or an upgrade? Have you altered the dialplan in any way? When did you originally install?

Seemed to have a problem with the installation, so I decided to reinstall and worked perfectly thanks for the support I will be consulting continuously to complete the operation of this great application
