IVR option to connect to Conference

Hi there,

I've created a Conference extension which works correctly.

What I need is to be able to select the conference from the IVR menu. I set Option 999 and told it to point to the conference extension. When I dial thst xtension through the IVR, it just replays the greeting and never goes to the extension. Is 999 not a valid extension in IVR?

I also tried to set the Conference extension to 999 and try to dial it directly from the IVR, but that comes back with Invalid Entry.

I think this is all of it. This is a production system with multiple calls going on at once.

That looks like you have no action for 999.

I've included a screen shot of the conference setup. I have Direct Dial Extensions turned on in the IVR.

I have this working in one of my sub-domains:
Conference at extension 5000
IVR entry 5000 with destination set to Conferences - 5000

Works fine!
