Leaving Voicemail from PSTN, No BEEP sound

Hi Guys,

When I leave a voicemail on a phone extension to extension I hear the greeting and then the beep to leave a message. However if I call from my mobile phone I hear the greeting but no beep, I can still leave a voicemail which is received successfully but I really need a beep to play or i'll start getting some complaints. Below is part of the debug and I see it says "done playing file tone_stream" for the beep but I never actually hear that sound. I have tried changing the tone to the same as the conference room tone (which I can hear from from my mobile) but even that doesnt play. I running Fusion 4.4.9. Any assistance would be great.

Can anybody else confirm if they have the same issue? Just call in from a mobile phone and let me know if you hear the beep before you start to leave your message.

I am having this issue, I am only having this issue on one of my domains. The rest are working fine.

I ended up just recording and playing a beep sound.
