New Feature: Voicemail Escalation
We’ve added a new Voicemail Escalation feature to FS PBX.
This feature helps make sure important voicemail messages get attention quickly. When a new voicemail is left in a mailbox, FS PBX can automatically call internal extensions and external phone numbers until someone accepts responsibility for the message.

- press 2 to decline
- press 3 to hear the caller ID

- retry count and delay settings
- success and failure email notifications
- voicemail attachment in completion emails
- detailed logging for escalation activity
