Hi ,
I am in very interesting problem . One of my customer having trouble to dial out from the GXP 1615 phone in his LAN . So I checked through the LAN then disabled the SIP ALG too . So the phone GXP1615 can receive the incoming call but cant dial out . When I try to dial it says no response and on server I am getting the following message .

I am getting hang up cause as Wrong Call State . I tested the call using mobile software also the pc software like micrpsip and gs wave . I found call is going out fine from that LAN . I also tested call from my another network with another same phone GXP1615 then I can dial out too .

Please help me if any solution is there for me ??

The above logs usually mean Freeswitch asked for authentication and the endpoint didn't respond or responded incorrectly. A packet trace with sngrep should help show what is happening.

This issue resolved for me by disabling all custom SIP header in GXP phone sip settings.
