on FusionPBX web > accounts>devices>Device>provision the prompt message tell me the provision is success, but the phone did not change anything.

I am having the same issue with a yealink t46s.

I had this working on my last install (which was probably not as current) but I borked something and started over since it was just a test. Now I cannot get this to provision the yealink as before.

I can access my provisioning URL and enter the username and password to access it, but phone never seems to change.

Thoughts?

I have turned of the server security certificate thing of course.

EDIT: My issue was resolved by upgrading firmware. Very strange as this use to work on the same version before.

Hank, look at the logs for nginx in /var/log/nginx/access.log

I only saw my attempts of connecting via browser, but I never saw the phone reaching out to the provisioning server. Maybe that will lead you in the right direction. I decided to try a firmware upgrade and it instantly provisioned after upgrade and I see it in the logs now as well.

I use this command for debug on provisioning and it's very helpful
tail -f /var/log/nginx/access.log |grep provision

I did not see anything about the provision in the log after I click "Provision"
 
Hi guys. I am brand new to Fusion. Just completed my first production install, wildcard ssl an all... Added my first 4 tenants, and one for myself.

Cannot seem to get the Zoiper android app to provision at all... Any pro's here with some advice would be greatly appreciated! Took me 9 solid days to get my pbx working with free wildcard ssl's :-(
