How do I put a call on hold automatically if all extension are busy of not pickup.. Where in application menu is that setting

Sounds like you need queues

Did you upload a new MOH or using the default one?

The MOH problem was fixed, thank you, I should have paid a little more attention..
but, I have a different minuscule problem, after the latest update I keep on getting gateway error 500 and I have to refresh the page a second time then the error goes away
