Save voicemail message without promt

Hi!
I got my FusionPBX installed. added extensions, added gateway, setup destinations and dialplans, all works smooth.

Now I noticed, for inbound calls, if no answer, I have it routed to voicemail, when caller reach voicemail he gets greeting message, then tone after record message, then comes IVR press one to listen message, press 2 to save, press 3 to re-record message.

Is there any way to avoid that, and have message saved outomaticly after few sec of silence or when max lenght limit reached play - message saved and then hangup?

Try playing with these variables:
skip_instructions and skip_instructions, set them to true

I have added custom variable under Voicemail section. still there is IVR, but good thing, message is saved even not confirmed, just hanged up.

Under Advanced / Variables in Default section added skip_instructions to true, all sorted, thanks!!!
