I'm looking to see if anyone has information on how to display the inbound caller-id on the display of a polycom VVX phone where the phone has more than 1 shared line. The issue is currently:
Fusionpbx (recent version)
VVX 350 (6.x)
1. more than 2 phones share lines:
a. 101, 102, 103 as an example
2. inbound call, while ringing shows the proper caller-id
3. once answered, display shows shared ext id (ie 101)
4. when placed on hold and retrieved call only shows ext id (ie 101) and not inbound caller-id
while i realize there are other methods, like park, to get this shared experience there is a caller id system that requires access to the "lines".
