Turned off queue, still an issue.If you are using the email queue app, then as far as I am aware it is only supported with "audio file attachment"

Thanks for checking, I wish they'd fix listen link as well.The FusionPBX team responded and advised that is just how it works. If you want the transcription you must select "attachment"
