Transcription Not Working

Anyone found a fix? Transcription only works if voicemail is set to "Audio File Attachment". Using Listen Link or Download Link will break the transcription service.
 
If you are using the email queue app, then as far as I am aware it is only supported with "audio file attachment"
 
Is there any disadvantage to sending the emails outside of the queue? If no, do you mind reminding me what setting I have to change in order to not use the queue?
 
The FusionPBX team responded and advised that is just how it works. If you want the transcription you must select "attachment"
