SOLVED Understanding how Fusion autoprovisions phones

I have all sites unable to auto-provision now via Fusion. The phones can be manually configured and work.

The nginx access logs show when a handset attempts to download a config file it gets a 404:

[09/Oct/2023:11:00:15 +1100] "GET /app/provision/cfgc074ad536779.xml HTTP/1.1" 404 153 "-" "Grandstream Model HW GXP2170 SW 1.0.9.121 DevId c074ad536779"

I am however able to download these files via the FusionGUI although the URL is different:

[09/Oct/2023:11:09:14 +1100] "GET /app/provision/index.php?address=c074ad536779&file={$mac}.xml&content_type=application/octet-stream HTTP/1.1" 401 13 "https://pbx.subdomain.com.au/" "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/117.0.0.0 Safari/537.36"

This also works sucessfully:
https://pbx2.subdomain.com.au/app/provision/index.php?mac="c074ad536779"

Should the phone config file be downloadable from the first URL above?

Advanced > Default Settings > Provision > enabled value is set to true and enabled is set to true
 
Turns out our nginx config files was missing entries that have now been restored. Thanks everyone.
