What would cause this to get triggered?
I checked the user logs and do not see any failed login attempts. The logs show that the user logged in successfully.
Good information. Is this the case?As a safety measure, if an email address is associated with an extension , and then the email is later removed/changed, if there is an associated user login with that email, it suspends the account
Please confirm if their IP is in Fail2Ban.I don't see a change in the email address; it's using the same one I set up. let me find out from the end user what they may have done.
