Is there a way of pressing a key to select an outbound route then dialling a number?
I do have it set up as press 9 or 8 depending which route is required, but it means dialling from the call history is impossible because there's no preceding 9 or 8 in the call history.
Something like a BLF would be great, so it gives an indication of which route is selected.
I don't want to use separate domains for each route.
Single FusionPBX domain, multiple routes, multiple users needing to select routes.
I need to retain BLFs and transferring as normal.
Please help!!
