    Well, I reached out to thinQ tech support and they got back to me in about 90 seconds. They are great! Looks like there is only one sending IP for SMS, which makes life easy: 192.81.236.250

    I made the post, and feel silly. As I was typing it I tailed the log that you posted, and it was pretty obvious that the sending IP was not in the ACL! It works now! THANK YOU!!

    Oh my... that was easy. I must have missed the sending IP in the Access Control. Perhaps it is listed in a different area in thinQ.... I read my own post and fixed it! :D

    Check to see if the maintenance script is deleting them. I can't remember if it is default or not, but I have my system set to delete recordings, voicemails, and CDR's after a set amount of time.

    Fixed! Mark Crane offered to hop on a call and remote session and got it sorted out for me. Mark is the man. My config.lua file had improper permissions, and within... was set to use memcache! set to file and problem is resolved. Thanks @markjcrane !!

    Of course after posting this I found that entering fs_cli and running "memcache flush" resolves it straight away. Still- not sure what is required to make this work from the GUI. Any hints?
