Call center module not refreshing users

Hello

Running FusionPBX 4.3 and I'm able to add users into call center queues but when I delete they are still in the queue list and recieve calls. I have flushed memcache and also reboot server to no avail.

Adding more and more users works fine. It's simple trying to remove users that is not working.

Please help driving me nuts...lol

The simple answer is not to use master on production systems really.

I expect you will have to manually remove them from the db

Look in
v_call_center_agents
v_call_center_queues
v_call_center_tiers

When I upgraded it didn't give me an option not sure how to change.

As for database in the tiers table those users are not there for that queue. In the other tables I see no way that the user links to the queue.

I wouldn't choose FusionPBX for dedicated call center. Look to something like Vicidial instead, its probably better suited and is tried and tested.

Thank you, Plz tell me why you choice Vicidial. I see freeswitch have performance more than asterisk. Freeswitch play well with about 1000 calls concurrent on server.
