I'm using the UI to try and get the IVR to pick up from a DID, and can't get it to work. It just rings and rings when I call it from outside.
The recording works if I dial the IVR extension from inside. If I dial from outside with my inbound route set to go to an extension other than IVR, then that phone will ring as well, and I can answer.
I'm not sure
1. Why my IVR won't pick up when I set it in the Inbound route instead of a Phone.
2. Why, regardless of which extension for a phone I enter, only one extension rings. For example, If i set 102, 102 rings. If I then change it to 101, 102 still rings. Anyway, if I can tackle IVR first, that's my preference, and any help is very much appreciated.
