Issue with Incoming Calls, ACL

Hello,

I hope that you are good. Please I'm facing with incoming calls to fusionPBX. I'm using telnyx as a sip trunk provider.
I beileve this issue is related to ACL, but when I add ip adress in ACL, I when I make a test call I got message "The phone number is Off or not working"

When you make changes to the ACL make sure you "Reload ACL". A "Flush Cache" before the reload is also advised.

Menu-> Status->SIP Status...
 
Also, unless things have changed that acl name should be domains that you are editing
 
I am not familiar with version 5, but looking at this thread:

It would appear the name may now be "provider".

I may have been the inspiration for this as I on occasion have highlighted the ACL is named incorrectly and is commonly used to authorise providers more than anything else. It was a common thing for people to come to this forum for.
