Ring Group - when a user ignores it does not go to the RG Exit Action

Hey All,

I'm running FusionPBX and found that when a user ignores/rejects a call, it ends the call without going to the exit action. I believe this is a configuration error or even a misunderstanding on my part, but my goal would be to have a call hit the RG, and be able to be rejected by a user, continue to ring the RG, or if all users reject, go to the exit action.
Any help is very appreciated!

Thanks!

Show us your ring group settings so we can see what we are working with. It's likely a misconfiguration

Yea that'd probably be helpful huh? Sorry about that! Here is a screenshot. Let me know if there is a better way to provide settings.

Thanks for any help!

Based on experience, I'm guessing this is an inbound call that is directed straight to the ring group. Many carriers have a timeout on the allowed ring time. If your ring group timeout exceeds your provider's timeout, then you will not reach the ring group's call timeout and exit action.

This hits an IVR first, but either way, if the user rejects the call, it does not go to the exit destination, no matter how long or short the timeframe is.
