Hello Is someone able to help me with this error message that I'm getting? "Gateway Started." "voip.ms: invalid profile (external)." How do I correct this issue? Is it because I don't have my domain entered in the SIP Profile section? Please see picture.

Hello Thanks for the feed back. I've noticed that when I try and start the gateway, at the top of the page is a green banner with "Gateway Started." "voip.ms: invalid profile (external)." The fs_cli file shows extension 202 only - no registration activity for the gateway. Thanks

Hello and thanks for the suggestions. I've change the dialplan by removing *98700 and replacing it with *700 only. The order has been re-classified to 315; ahead of *98 at 320. Unfortunately the caller is still being asked to input a password. I've attached a log file.

Hello I've got it working and have figured it out. Assigning the user to the "user" group gives the correct permissions to access the voicemail GUI.

Update. The gateway is now registered and I can receive calls, however outbout still is working. When I look at the WireShark entry for a call I see an authentication error. This I don't understand if the gateway is registered. Please see the attached screen shots.
