Hi folks...we had an interesting thing show up. We had an agent put a call on hold and then the agent I think went off shift or something stupid. I am hearing this way after the fact. But the person on hold was on hold for like 20 minutes. Is there a way to avoid this type of scenario? Thanks leon

@ad5ou hey GM On another PBX we have the provision editor but I am unable to create directories. When I click Add Dir the subwindow clears and that's it. Any ideas? Many thanks leon wa4zlw

It seems Fusion/freeswitch is still using TLS 1.0 as with the new firmware 1.0.11.16 there are new options: The default is Minimum TLS is TLS 1.1. Can this be fixed? This affects provisioning as well besides SIP connections. Thanks leon

I've also gone to the domain and added settings to be overridden and saved them. When I go to the domain and look at settings I still see the DEFAULT SETTINGS from the main domain. I must be doing something wrong here? thanks Leon

Hi there...trying to setup multiple DEFAULT SETTINGS our main domain will take effect unless a specific domain has modified settings. I've COPIED the DEFAULTS and specified the domain. It seems to do it but then I get an INVALID TOKEN error at the top of the screen. Any idea where this is...

UPDATE: I tried that but when a call came in it seemed to go into a loop adding more bridges so I removed it and moved the inbound routes manually. I'll have to test this when we have a little downtime.

OOOPS I think I found it. In the inbound route I need to send the destination to the time condition :-(

looks like there wasan update for VM today that seems to fix most . the "name" still doesnt seem to play though when call is answered. We can record the name and greeting and play it back from the menu now too. What exactly is the tutorial supposed to play? THanks leon

also when attempting to record name or greeting it plays the announcement and the tone and then goes back to the advanced menu so nothing gets recorded. ANy ideas? This is with tutorial on or off as well Leon

It seems the tutorial is not playing if it is enabled.

It seems when you dial into the VM system we are no longer getting prompted for be able to record or modify greetings. This seemed to disappear a few weeks ago. Also, I thought from the GUI we can cause a recording to occur from an extension? Thanks leon
