    provisioning question

can the Fusion PBX do features like valet park by programing the phones locally via the phone's web interface? I am a support team member for a hosted Fusion and one of our clients can no longer be provisioned via Fusion. Its a firewall issue on our side but the boss doesn't want to believe...

Opinions: What "issues/features" drive you crazy?

Time conditions and valet park are no brainer in Asterisk but like pulling wisdom teeth in Fusion.

    no call events in CLI

I did that when I first started messing with the cli. I wanted to view the logs in real time so I invoked the cli and nothing came across the screen as I was making calls and customers were using the system. I read about adjusting the log level so I put it to the highest level and still...

    no call events in CLI

Its a miracle! While I was attempting to investigate some of the cli commands, I just happened to enter fs_cli and logging data poured across the screen in real time. I was happy to see it but I don't understand why it didn't do that before. Hopefully it persist.

adding agent_authorized = true to the dial plan for agent log in/out

I will look into what he cache file is as I don't know what it is or what part it plays. Inn the meantime, leaving the dial plan configuration as shown above, I tried just deleting the agent password. This time I get reorder tone. Adding it back I still get reorder. I deleted the agent and...

adding agent_authorized = true to the dial plan for agent log in/out

Thank you for your help. I just changed condition to action and it still ask for the password. I know I am frustratingly dense. I can understand some of what these cryptic entries mean but most of it is as understandable to me as cuneiform wedges.

    Time condition Breaks

In a previous post I was having trouble creating a Time Condition that needed a lunch time destination same as after hours destination. adding agent_authorized = true to the dial plan for agent log in/out

The Fusion PBX document say that to eliminate the need for an agent password it is needed to add agent_authorized = true to the dial plan. I attempted to do this but I am doing it wrong. I have searched the net for an answer and checked the forum but don't find the exact settings. I have...

Understanding the Fusion dial plan manager for time conditions

Ok It wasn't exactly like yours. I had different afternoon destinations than the morning destinations where yours are the same. Once I changed that to be the same it worked. I don't understand the difference that should make or why it wouldn't preform the afternoon destination. Maybe someone...

Understanding the Fusion dial plan manager for time conditions
