    Sometimes when I add a new domain - they for some reason, do not have the default *97 or park dial plan feature. Are you certain that within the *97 feature code - under "Context" - there is one specifically for the tenant you are talking about?

    IVR without "real" extension not working

    I am having a hard time understanding the issue. If the IVR does not have a valid extension - when you press the prompt, it does not lead anywhere so therefor it fails. The actual IVR should work fine (You call in and hear the greeting), but anything after that logically shouldn't work.
